Network commissions

Apply to all plans and are charged only on bookings actually received through Tavo. No hidden costs.

€1.25 per guest who actually arrives through a free Tavo booking. Billed monthly; widget bookings and QR visits excluded. Not added to the commission on paid preorders.

4% on collected table preorder payments and paid no-show penalties, including widget bookings. No additional per-guest fee.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want: changes take effect from the next billing cycle.

How do commissions work?

In addition to the subscription, free Tavo bookings cost €1.25 per guest who actually arrives, billed monthly; free widget bookings are excluded. Collected table and/or menu preorder payments and penalties instead incur a 4% commission, including widget bookings, without an additional per-guest fee. No fees apply to cancellations without collection, no-shows without a penalty, or QR visits and payments. Stripe fees are separate.

What's the difference between Base and Pro?

Pro includes everything in Base and adds in-app bill payment, plus the features listed on the plan page. Base costs €79 per month, Pro €149 per month.
